Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Eligibility

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include applicable tax where relevant. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

Fragrance is a personal product. Perception of a scent varies from person to person and with skin chemistry, and a difference in how a fragrance is perceived is not a fault in the product.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Skin sensitivity

Our fragrances are for external use on skin and clothing only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, keep out of reach of children, and store away from direct heat and flame. Fragrance concentrates are flammable.

Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The MEIHANA name, logo, product names, photography, films, and written content on this site are our property or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Certain content and services available through our Service may include material from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites and do not warrant them.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
