Where we ship

MEIHANA ships from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to the UAE and to 236 destinations worldwide.

Rates

United Arab Emirates — AED 25. Complimentary on orders of AED 200 or more.
International — AED 70, flat, to every destination we serve.

Rates are shown at checkout before payment. Duties and import taxes, where a destination applies them, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the rate above.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or a public holiday in the UAE are dispatched on the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within the UAE and 7–14 business days internationally. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees; customs clearance can extend international transit.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details when it is dispatched.

Fragrance and air transport

Fragrance is classified as a restricted good for air freight. Some carriers and some destinations will not accept it. If we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, write to us at meihanaperfumes@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
