Refund policy

Returns

You may return an unopened bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Because fragrance is a product applied to the skin, we can only accept a return if the bottle is unused and still sealed in its original packaging, with the cellophane intact. A bottle that has been opened, sprayed, or unsealed cannot be resold and cannot be returned, except where it arrived damaged or faulty.

The Collector's Coffret may be returned only as a complete, unopened set.

How to start a return

Write to meihanaperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return and give you the address to send it to. Items sent back without a confirmed return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not the item you ordered. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund a return we never receive.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we will cover the cost of sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the return is the result of our error.
